On https://github.com/D-Programming-Language/phobos/pull/3398, there are link-time errors on a few 32-bit builds:

I can't reproduce them on the machines I have access to. Could anyone please help me elucidate what's going on?

Could there be an issue with "extern (Windows)" on top?
