How do I go about setting Exception Handlers? I haven't really seen anything about doing this on the dlang.org site, so do I need to head over to MSDN and use their functions, or is there a D-specific method of doing this? I'd assume the latter, as the exceptions are apparently SEH on Windows anyway, but I really don't know.
