Fixing it so that assert(0) doesn't count against the code coverage would be fantastic. Without enhancements like it, requiring 100% code coverage often isn't realistic, even if the code really is full covered.

And there are several enhancements to -cov in bugzilla, though we don't have a keyword for them like I thought we did. e.g.
