Do you have any plans to public 2 edition of The D Programming Language book?

There are a couple of things that we can do to increase awareness of the Foundation and ways to contribute to it:

1. Link to the foundation website. (do we have one?)
2. On the foundation website/page provide information on how to contribute to the foundation, including but not limited to paying by paypal, and monthly subscriptions. I donate regularly to a charitable foundation this way and in my opinion, the easiest way to give money.
3. Add the link to the Foundation website in the "Community" drop-down menu on the top-navigation.
