Ok, here is my completed Tiger hashing implementation.

I'd like it to be considered for inclusion into Phobos.

I have no idea how to add it to Deimos (as discussed). I have TortoiseSVN installed, but I do not have an account yet?

I have not documented it yet. I have doxygen installed, but have no idea how to use it yet :)

Comments/thoughts etc are welcome.
