I received a message on Windows 7 that

"The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need a x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher."

Also, my company's fire wall flagged it as a virus and prevented me from downloading it again...

I didn't have an issue installing this on Windows 10 (beyond the normal it not being trusted because it's not signed).
