Not that I know of. Several people have created some interfaces, but they are not compatible.
Steve Teale began some work, but nobody has heard from him in a long time.
DDBI for D1 was probably the best effort so far.

I'm also in the process of cleaning it up (remove all pointer fiddling and duplication), but it's far from finished: https://github.com/simendsjo/mysqln/commits/misc-cleanups
