Hi everyone,

LDC 1.3.0 is out now. Since beta2, a few new fixes made it in (one regarding the default inlining threshold) and all/most of Joakim's Android patches have made it upstream. The prebuilt packages are now also able to generate code for more LLVM targets out of the box (AArch64, ARM, PowerPC).
