Mostly because I deliberately reused some names from std.traits and std.conv.

When I upload the new version to DUB (some time later this week, I think) you'll be able to see why, if I haven't thought of a better scheme by then.

There's been a pull request to fix it open for a long time now but nobody has merged it.
