Today at DConf we learned, once again, that people are doing and
starting amazing projects using D. A lot of which wouldn't have
been possible without your contribution. So I just wanted to say
thank you.

For those who don't know Kenji because he rarely posts on the forums, Brad put up a slide at Dconf yesterday showing the top committers by pull requests over the last three years and Kenji was at the top for '12 and '13. He was second so far this year, after Andrej.

I don't know if he watched the livestream but Walter took a minute to thank him for his contributions.

There is word out there that Kenji Hara and bearophile are the same person. (I think it is the same AI running on a powerful server farm. :p)

When I read the title "Thank you Kenji" I feared the worst :))

That explains why he couldn't come to DConf.

Not only a prolific committer, but also an incredibly reactive one. On many occasions, someone saw a bug, reported it, and Kenji did a pull request correcting the bug, *mere hours after it was reported*.

Thanks a lot, Kenji Hara! D would not be what it is today without your commitment.

That's for sure!
Thank you also from myself, and from all of us in my company that are using D!

So again: Thank you Kenji Hara!

This has happened several times to me. If memory serves me well, the record was under 30mins from report to pull request.

Kenji rox.

I don't care, as long as the pull requests keep coming :)

IIRC that's not right, he's still the top contributor this year. I may have just merged more pulls, but that was a different slide.

Anyway I thought the talk was great, nice to see the face behind the awesome autotester technology.
