LDC 0.13.0 has been released!

Hi everyone!

The first release of LDC 0.13.0 is here! It is based on the 2.064.2 front-end and LLVM 3.1-3.4.2 (OS X: LLVM 3.2/3.4.x only).

The sooner it makes it to Debian Sid, Fedora 20/21, MacPorts, HomeBrew, Chocolatey, etc. the better!
