I don't know why it's not updated yet, but I thought it was fixed:

As a workaround, you can still download through plain HTTP. Available here [1]. From the main site it's reachable through: Downloads -> Release Archive -> releases -> 2.x

There was an issue with deploying the website, it's been fixed now.
