DMD 2.059head gives:

test.d(6): Error: template std.array.join(RoR,R) if (isInputRange!(RoR) &&
isInputRange!(ElementType!(RoR)) && isForwardRange!(R) &&
is(Unqual!(ElementType!(ElementType!(RoR))) == Unqual!(ElementType!(R)))) does
not match any function template declaration
