I couldn't find any "Contact the webmaster" or similar links on the D website.

The manual has a typo.  On the "Memory Management" page, in the "Free lists"
section, it uses the
abbreviation "RIAA" when it really means the abbreviation "RAII."

Just figured someone would want to know.
