I've gotten Visual Studio .NET 2003 to syntax highlight D files (the "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\VisualStudio\7.1\Languages\File Extensions" registry key) and recognize D keywords (the "Common7\IDE\usertype.dat" file), but does anyone know of a way to get it to recognize D's nested comments (/+ +/ style) as comments and highlight them as such?
