is elephant open source? if so where can i get the source? if not, why does it have a forum on dsource? just curious.

No its closed source.  Although Im about to post the Lexer ( with Vathix's code for nested comments / multiline strings ) to Scintilla, so hopefully Scintilla will come with a D lexer ( including ScITE ).

It has a dsource forum because Brad was kind enough to provide one ;).
