It probably hasn't been updated in a couple years, but bogoYAML (http://shinh.skr.jp/bogoyaml/index_en.html) might be what you're looking for.

bogoYAML looks like a goood starting point, but need some work to bring it up to the full spec.

Since I'm just getting going (again after a long pause), with D, if anyone out there has a better implementation/link It would be most useful.

I've been meaning to add YAML to Fusion for some time now.. I might move that up on my list - possibly do it in the next month or so.
