I actually find the current IDDE's interface to be very intuitive. I'm just wondering if small updates, like being able to select P6 code generation from the "Target CPU" combo box, or being able to use a mouse scroll wheel in the editor will be added. Things like this would just make it a little bit more convenient to use. |

Also, i haven't checked if all the option flags supported by the dmc executable are implemented in the idde. My opinion is that the idde/editor needs a little update. It's my understanding that Walter is the only one developer of dmc, and he is also developing the D language so it's clearly very busy. My hope that this little improvements get implemented in the idde soon as the should'nt take a lot of time to get done. Anyway, thank you Walter for your work on dmc, i'm very happy with it :) Stefano |

Posted in reply to kres | Hello, Is there any difference (bug fixing, improvements etc) between the IDDE shipped in 2003 and the current one. And if it is then it is possible to provide a patch in this regard ? Regards, Florin |
