Paris - Texas, Saint Petersburg - Alaska... There are a tons of town homonymous to some European cities in the U.S.A... Spent enough time in geoguessr' to know that.

We have traffic!  If I leave work at exactly 5 it takes me an extra three minutes to get home!

Yes, isn't it weird how regimes put little versions of their capitals in other countries? Is it a planned exile strategy in case of a new revolution?

Moscow, Idaho was originally named "Hog Heaven" but was changed to "Moscow" in 1877.  Not sure what you can extract from that...
