We found the bug and I build a new installer with the fix.

I can confirm it installs correctly on:

Windows 10 64-bit.
Windows Vista 32-bit.
Windows 7 64-bit.

I also tried on Windows 8.1 64-bit. To test, I installed it over DMD 2.067 and 2.068, both were successful.
