Are we talking about

$ host tour.dlang.org
tour.dlang.org has address 216.117.130.254

Iain kindly took care of hosting the site at the start of December (5-6th) and both the Dlang Tour (https://tour.dlang.org/) and the online editor (https://run.dlang.org)

$ host run.dlang.org
Host run.dlang.org not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

run.dlang.org has worked for me since it went back up in early December
