While tracking down an issue with dbghelp.dll I found that the AddressOfRawData offset in the IMAGE_DEBUG_DIRECTORY header is 4 bytes to small. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/ms680307(v=vs.85).aspx

Either we need to add 4 to AddressOfRawData or we need to shift the CodeView information and reduce PointerToRawData accordingly.
