Is there any XML-RPC module for D? Or any C-library that works well?

Yes!  I wrote an XML-RPC library that's now part of Mango. You can find information on Mango at dsource.org.  Thus far, it's worked pretty well for me.

I'm not sure whether or not it's included with the Mango releases yet (although I know that it's not compiled into Mango by default) but it's not hard to get it working, especially if you use the build utility. I'm happy to give you any help you need with it over at the dsource mango forum.
