Did you upgrade from a previous version?
Line 8 should be:
pragma(LDC_inline_asm)

You should use the standard library phobos instead of tango. I am not a Debian user but something like sudo apt-get install ldc2 should do the trick. Yeah! libtango-ldc-dev was accidentally installed before.
I just removed package libtango-ldc-dev and now ldc2 sucessfully compiles example!
