I see there are files named changelog.dd in both the phobos repository and the d-programming-language.org repository.  Which one are we using? Should both be updated?  Are they merged automatically?

At present, each of the repositories has their own changelog.dd, and you update the one whichis the repository that you make the changes to. They get merged together into d-programming-language.org repository's changelog.dd when wo do a release.
