Tango Regex always got unhandled Access Violation:

        char[] str = "ab";
        auto regex = Regex(".");
        Stdout.formatln("result {}", regex.test(str));



tested with dmd windows 1.031, tango 0.99.7

It may be better to use it with a newer DMD, like 1.033.
