Making an already bad situation worse, but it does fix stat related stuff on 64 bit builds.  Definitely needs to be moved to a more appropriate place.

Yeah. I don't understand why that stuff isn't in druntime. I think that there's even a note that it should be put there. There was a discussion about it semi- recently, but I don't recall what the reasons given were. It certainly shouldn't be that way long term though.
