Theres the other regression regarding exceptions thrown from fibers not working in Windows. Both really need to be looked at, and I'm short on time. I'm going to start adding unittests to core.thread to catch some of these issues the next time they happen, but I don't want to break everything by adding them right now.

Anyone who's been contributing to core.thread care to look into these two issues?

Seems like it only happens while debugging, and I can't reproduce it even within VisualD – I'm afraid I'm not of much help here.
