One of the results of our ICFP experience is that a tested CVS server is now available at prowiki2.com. If there is interest to use it for other D projects, I'll keep it open.

If there is no visible interest, I'll pack the files of
   /cvs4d/icfp2003/
into a zip downloadable from Wiki4D and close the CVS directory
   /cvs4d/
down at the end of this month.
