EXE2BIN program flagged as virus by antivirus

The EXE2BIN.COM program (4,164 bytes) dated 1/10/1997 is detected as 'potentially undesirable program' by McAfee VirusScan 8.0 in Windows XP.

Even the one within the dm833dos.zip is flagged!

Do you have info about this?

Yeah, it gets flagged by some antivirus programs. "potentially" is the key word here, I don't know what McAfee is using as its criteria. Perhaps the fact that exe2bin reads and writes executable files <g>.
