I just got an email a few seconds ago from the SourceForge.net bugtracking system, letting me know that the D programming language has been added to the SF.net Trove software map.

Nice.

And I only filed the original bug report a year and a half ago.

I've been following the thread of people lending their support to the effort, posting follow-ups to my original bug message. Thanks for those messages: it's your support which made it happen.

Maybe one of these days, I'll post the code for my SourceForge project, the spinnerette xml parser, written in D. (I'll have to dust off the code and make sure that it'll still compile with the current dmd; the last time I even looked at that code was probably twenty versions ago).

I already added D trove category to my project but it didn't take. I know the CVS entries take hours (4?, 6?) to update.
