Um.. since lround is an assert(false) on windows, the new unit tests guarantee that the unit tests run won't pass since it's not conditionalized.

Ouch, that was just an experiment. Will fix neeow.

Don, if you could get a robust albeit slow implementation for Windows, that would be great.
