Want me to create a pull request to collapse the posix platforms together like I did for d2? At least shrink the problem space a little?

Yes, please, I'd appreciate that!

Sent, along with a build breakage fix in inifile.c related to the recent Array changes.

I also noticed a warning that concerns me:
interpret.c: In member function 'Expression*
BinExp::interpretCommon(InterState*, CtfeGoal, Expression* (*)(Type*,
Expression*, Expression*))':
interpret.c:2250: warning: comparison between 'enum TY' and 'enum TOK'

That warning doesn't occur in the d2 branch.
