Gah.. sorry about the win32 build issues.  I tested dmd linux64 and dmc win32, but not dmd win32.  I see there's at least one issue left.  I'll dive into it when I get home, assuming it's still broken by that time.

I'm rather curious to see why win32 broke when nothing else did.

Sorry about that.. I really should have test-built win32 before
submittin
g the pull request.  Water under the bridge now.  The
remaining fixes are in this pull request:
