  Use own symbol for TypeInfoStructDeclaration

The old code appended the name at the end of
the TypeInfoStructDeclaration which caused the size
of TypeInfoStructDeclaration to be different for every
struct. This is a problem for GDC/GCC on non x86
architectures.

  Verify TypeInfo sizes

Make sure the TypeInfo* declaration sizes in the runtime match what the compiler is outputting as an initializer.
