I am (and have been for a while) doing some internal restructuring of the tester.  I'm about to do some changes that require suspending pull tests for a little while.  Hopefully will only last about an hour.

I've got some bigger changes I want to do that'll require several hours of down time for the whole system.  Any thoughts
on when would be a good time for that?
