Can we do something to speed up Bugzilla?
I noticed that it became quite sluggish in the past few month, not sure why though.

At least in my case, focusing to fix regression issues has decreased resources for fixing other bugs.

I think that he's asking why the site is slow, not why the rate at which bugs are fixed has decreased - though having more open bugs might affect the speed of some database queries. But I wouldn't have thought that that was the cause of the site's sluggishness.

The box is a little overloaded.  It does too much on too small a machine.  I will likely upgrade it to a bigger box and move it to ec2 sometime in feb, killing several birds with one stone.

Thanks, the extreme delays are gone, so you probably already moved the server.
