[I originally sent the request below to Andrei's personal address. He requested I send it to this list instead.] Since it seems Steve and I are converging on a design for std.process, it would be great if I could get write access to the Phobos repository so I can put it in. My dsource user name is 'kyllingstad'. -Lars |

Posted in reply to Andrei Alexandrescu | Hi again,
Have you reached a decision on the matter of me getting commit access to the Phobos repository, or are more votes required? I don't mean to sound impatient or anything, just enthusiastic. ;)

Posted in reply to Lars Tandle Kyllingstad | Considering that the silent ones don't have anything against, I have added Lars.
Lars - allow me to extend you a warm welcome to the project. I am convinced you will add solid value to it.

Posted in reply to Andrei Alexandrescu | Thank you! I appreciate the welcome and the confidence. Steve has created a new branch for the std.process development. I'll commit the POSIX version there first thing tomorrow (it's getting late here now) so he can add the Windows version. If anyone wants to comment on the design, now is a very good time to do so. It would be a shame if Steve was to spend time on implementing everything for Windows if we end up having to redesign large parts of it. The documentation can be found here: http://kyllingen.net/code/ltk/doc/process.html -Lars Andrei Alexandrescu wrote: > Considering that the silent ones don't have anything against, I have added Lars. > > Lars - allow me to extend you a warm welcome to the project.
