Could anyone explain me how to read the syntax grammar
on the digitalmars site?

Or maybe point me to a web site where I could learn to read
the notation?

Also it seems to me that there should be more? Is this all the syntax? Where are the operators etc. etc. ?

I was thinking about DML, but I can't seem to find a
syntax specification except for this.
