Here comes to the end to another milestone and I have been able to get std::list work on Microsoft runtime with msvc as target compiler.
visual c++'s name mangling is quite interesting to workaround as little details can easily emit a mismatch.

I am still testing to make sure they available and usable ones work very effective.
