Sorry if this question has an obvious answer, but how do I unsubscribe from D.Announce?

I subscribed because I was missing compiler updates, etc., but I didn't realize how busy the forum was. I get 10 or 20 messages every time I check my e-mail (less than once a day) and that's about 9 or 19 too many.
