Grumpy isn't a terribly bad state on my scale of "blissful happiness" to "going on a murderous rampage" scale. That I'm talking is a good sign. I tend to shut up and fester when I'm really angry. :)
I've been edging more and more towards angry just due to the length of time since the builds have been green and the frequency of additional problems being added. We're now on the 5th day in a row of something being broken.

The core.time stuff is passing now at least, isn't it?
By the way, if I wanted to see the current state of the build, where would I look?

Posted in reply to Walter Bright | Dear god, we've sent Walter back in time about 10 years. The poor guy.
(and it really sucks that it took me two emails to recognize it. I blame work distracting me. And since it's work, I'll blame perl. First time in several years I've had to work on a block of perl code and it's broken me, again.)

Feel free to the tester by proxy.. check in changes to print out values rather than assert to validate expectations, etc.
On the other hand, if you want to get your feet wet with ec2, spinning up a windows box for a couple hours would cost less than a dollar for a low end box. :)
Later,
