Has anyone here sat down and slapped the whole spec into one single document for easy download and access?  If so, where at?  And if not, would anyone be interested in hosting a copy if i were to do so?

This file -- ftp://ftp.digitalmars.com/dmdalpha.zip -- contains all of the spec documentation in the dmd\html\d diretory.  Maybe not everybody wants to download the compiler at the same time (even with the compiler it's only 1.33MB), but I think it's convenient enough.  My 2 cents.
