If I try to do this:

char [] s;
char c;
s = "...";
s ~= c ~ ' ';

I get:

Internal error: e2ir.c 1018

Honestly, I think that should be supported. I expected the compiler to first concat c and ' ', and then concat it to s, but obviously it didn't.
