I'm not sure if this would be off topic but... I have a program i'm trying to compile with dmc that doesn't work i've checked everything and all the error messages eithier should not be there acording to my reference ( http://www.cprogramming.com ) or Don't make any scence what so ever. can I ask this group to point me in the right dirrection, or direct me to a different newsgroup that can? P.s. I'm a newbie at c++ |

Posted in reply to Brian | Bit hard to answer (at least for me) in the abstract. If you post your code - or you can email it to me direct - I'd be happy to try it for you. I have access to a broad spectrum of compilers (although Digital Mars is one of my favourites, of course) and this often helps to bring down the head-bashing-on-wall time to an acceptable level.
