Question: will this 'fix' be backported to existing stable releases?  Or will it just apply going forward?

I ask because it could make a difference to what is legally possible to package for e.g. Linux distros, etc.

Does this apply from now or can the previous DMD releases also be considered as 100% Boost licensed ?
