Expected:
  Compile successfully.

Actually happening:
  Compile error with

  /usr/include/phobos/std/range.d(2158): Error: cannot implicitly convert
expression (aBitAboveCount) of type long to uint

As of Phobos r1686 the code still cannot compile correctly. The new error is

    /usr/include/phobos/std/range.d(2161): Error: cannot implicitly convert
expression ((this.pastLast - this.current) / cast(long)this.step) of type long
to uint
