You can do that in any newsgroup. It's just a matter of typing a name in... ;-)

As J Anderson already mention, the msg appear immed if one were reading it using a news reader rather than the web interface. The same problem can be said of using google to view usenet. It works, but one might have to wait like a day before msg appears...
