The page www.digitalmars.com/d/dlinks.html is getting a bit dated. Will everyone who has a reference there or should have a reference there post any corrections here? Please make it easy on me and provide something I can just cut & paste <g>.

"Synsoft's D Page"

=>

<a href = "http://synsoft.org/d.html">SynSoft's D Page</a> provides a number of free D libraries. SynSoft is an imprint of <a href = "http://synesis.com.au">Synesis Software</a>, which provides free D, Java, .NET, Perl and Python libraries. SynSoft has contributed several modules to the D standard library, and is currently working on a standard template library - the DTL.

You may want to check out the links page on Wiki4D (http://www.prowiki.org/wiki4d/wiki.cgi?FrontPage). I think most of the links+discriptions are done by the creators themselves.

Should we do it in a particular format? Personally I think the D links page should at be sorted into categories. Many pages would fit into many categories so you'd need to make a decision and stick with that. What would be some good categories?

My D page is not there:

Category: Ports and Fixes

Description:
Joel Anderson's D Page <http://badmama.com.au/%7Eanderson/d> contains
dig modified to support .81 and a GLee port which supports around 300
openGL extensions.

I've got a few suggestions. :)

"Simple D Tutorial" (http://www.geocities.com/jccalvarese/d/tutor) is outdated. It's now located at http://jcc_7.tripod.com/d/tutor/, which is part of "Justin's D Stuff" (http://jcc_7.tripod.com/d/). So feel free to remove the "Simple D Tutorial" link.

"Mike's D-velopment page" (http://www.l8night.co.uk/mwynn/d/index.html) has been a dead link for months. I think Mike's account expired. You probably ought to remove the link.

The "D language Wiki" server (http://dlanguage.netunify.com/) is often down (for weeks at a time). It should probably should be removed, also. Wiki4D (http://www.prowiki.org/wiki4d/wiki.cgi?FrontPage) has more content and I don't know of an instance when the server ever went down.

Similarly, I think that the link on "Program editors customized for use with D." (http://dlanguage.netunify.com/38) should be changed to http://www.wikiservice.at/d/wiki.cgi?EditorSupport. The current link is on the wiki that is down a lot of the time.

With "barrage 360 deg" you should probably change: http://user.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp/~s31552/wp/bulletss/bulletss.tar.bz2
(it's a dead link) to http://user.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp/~s31552/wp/bulletss/

Hope this helps.

It is not my reference, but this:

href="http://www.mindview.net/Etc/Newsletter/Newsletter30.txt">OO Programming Newsletter #30</a> from Bruce Eckel.

should be this:

href="http://mindview.net/Newsletter/Archive/Newsletter30.txt">OO Programming Newsletter #30</a> from Bruce Eckel.

Bastiaan.
