I was thinking a bit about implementing a unit test framework in C++ and came across an issue regarding D: is there any guarantee for unit test ordering?  For example, say I have two modules, and one (B) depends on the other (A).  It seems reasonable to assume that A's unit tests will be run before B's, but is this guaranteed?
